You can send us your order on-line using the integrated shopping cart. Click on the 'buy now' button
beside the item. The item will be added to your shopping basket. Then follow the checkout procedure.

Please make sure that your email contains all necessary information including the delivery address and a telephone number so we can
contact you to follow up on your order.

Shipping Process
Your order will go through the following process:
1. Order Processing - 1 business day
2. Handling - 1 business day for items in stock
3. Mailing by Swiss Post – delivery in 2 business days for orders in Switzerland
Urgent orders can be expedited for an additional charge. Please e-mail us with your request and we will contact you for details.
Items that are not in stock and must be ordered from our manufacturers are delivered within 2 weeks. You will be notified by e-mail if any
of the items you ordered are not in stock.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to a fault of the postal service.

Shipping Information for International Customers
We can ship your order anywhere in the world by Swiss PostPac International Economy or International Priority Service.
When ordering please choose the 'International Orders' option at the shipping section of the checkout procedure.
We will contact you with the exact postage cost and delivery time and you can choose whether you will like to proceed with
your order. We will process your order only after receiving your confirmation about the postage cost and order total.
