RETURN POLICY
We take pride in our products as they have been selected for their quality and outstanding manufacturing. We personally inspect every item before sending it.
However, this is not always possible with items that come in their own packaging from the manufacturer.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Your may return items within 10 days, in their original condition and
packaging, unused and undamaged, for an exchange or full refund of purchase price. Postage charges are not refundable and exchange postage costs are at the
customer's expense.
If the item you are returning is faulty then we will replace it at no additional postage charge or we will refund the cost of the product.
Before
returning any item you must obtain our authorization. Please note that, when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ask for
'proof of posting' from your post office, or use insured, registered mail.

All prices are subject to change. Prices include VAT at 7.6%.
AVAILABILITY
Our aim is to keep our full range of products in stock, and most of the times we are able to ship directly from stock. Please keep in mind that some of our
products are hand made or hand finished and therefore not always readily available from the manufacturers at short notice. Please allow extra time and order early,
especially around the Holidays.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to ensure that the information shown on our website is accurate. However, toy measurements are approximate and colors may vary
slightly from those shown. All of our products carry the logo of the manufacturing company. Toys that are entirely hand made carry also the “hand made” inscription.
Please keep in mind that, in products that are not painted or varnished, minor wood irregularities are natural and are not considered a product defect.
